Young Minds (Provide advise and support  families to help them  understand their child’s mental health and secure the right help.)


BEAT (Offer help, support and information on eating disorders)

Battle Scars (Offers help and support to those who struggle with self-harm.  They run easy-to-access peer support groups.  As well as groups for families, carers and friends.)


Kooth (A digital mental health platform. It gives children and young people immediate access to an online community of peers and a team of experienced, accredited counsellors.
