I have trained with EMBERS® in Menopause informed CBT. This is a tailored form of psychological care to help educate, manage symptoms and embrace this stage in life. To enhance this knowledge, I also completed training with Newson Health (Confidence in Menopause) and the Royal College of Psychiatrists (Mental Health Through the Perimenopause and Menopause).

I am passionate about helping you overcome the emotional challenges perimenopause and menopause brings and want to help you find yourself again.
