When life is hard it can often help to talk to someone outside of the situation. I offer a safe space for you to explore your feelings. My approach is client-centred, compassionate, honest and collaborative. Take the first step and get in touch.

You may be experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression or emptiness.  You may not even know why you do not feel yourself.  You may be unable to cope because of a bereavement, a crisis, a sudden change in your life or because of a longer-term issue.

Whatever is going on for you, counselling may be able to help alleviate it and help you better understand your feelings.  By talking together in a confidential, non-judgemental setting where you will be treated with compassion and respect we can work together.  Our work can help you understand and make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.  It will enable you to make choices that can lead to positive changes in your life.

Talking whilst walking is a great way to connect especially if you are feeling anxious about meeting indoors.
