My approach is client-centred and integrative, which means our work is shaped around you – your experiences, your needs, and what feels right for you. Therefore, it’s your choice how we will work together.

What to expect from therapy?

  • If you feel unsure about what type of therapy you will benefit from most, we can arrange a free 15-minute phone call to discuss your needs. You can then make an informed decision on the right style and environment for you.
  • Your first session is a chance to talk through what’s brought you here.
  • We’ll go at your pace—there’s no pressure to share everything straight away.
  • Sessions are a space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported.
  • Together, we’ll gently explore what’s going on and what you need.

In-person Sessions

Come and meet me in a relaxed, friendly environment at the practice in Morley.  There are several ways we can work together and can draw from different therapy models and techniques. Whether that be talking therapy, CBT, psycho-education or a more creative approach.

I’m located near junction 27 of the M62 and the M621.  With parking onsite, it is both convenient and accessible.

Walk & Talk

Connecting with nature is a great way to explore your feelings.  This is a lovely option, especially for those who don’t want to be in the traditional therapy room.  For some, sitting opposite someone, maintaining eye contact can feel uncomfortable.  This way you can explore your feelings with a sense of freedom that the outdoors brings. 

The therapeutic conversation unfolds as we stroll through the park at a gentle pace.   

Remote Sessions

On-line or telephone counselling is an accessible way to get the help you need, quickly.  It is the same as seeing me face-to-face, but the difference is it can be more flexible to suit your needs.  

It can be particularly beneficial for those with busy schedules or for people who cannot attend sessions in person.
